Melatonin is a hormone made by the brain to promote sleep. A low secretion of melatonin can cause sleep disorders such as insomnia, difficulty falling asleep or too light sleep. The supply of melatonin by supplementation is therefore a good solution to regain a restful sleep.
Adults: 1-3 teaspoon(s) (5 mL) | 1 time per day
Jet lag: Take once a day at bedtime after darkness has Fallen, while travelling, and at destination, until adaptation to the new daily pattern.

Consumption with alcohol, other medication or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
