Iron plays an important role in many body functions. This mineral helps promote the proper functioning of red blood cells and the transport of oxygen throughout the body.3
Adults: 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with food. Shake well before use. Can be mixed with water or fruit juice.
