Adults: Take 1 tablet up to three times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.

Ferrous Fumarate …….. 300 mg (100 mg of elemental iron)

Calcium phosphate, Carmine, Colloidal silicon dioxide, FD&C blue #2, FD$C red #40, Macrogol, Magnesium sterate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Polyvinyl alcohol, Purified water, Sodium croscarmellose, Stearic acid, Talc, Titanium dioxide.

Consult a health care practitioner prior use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have peptic ulcer, regional enteritis and ulcerative colitis. Discontinuous and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of iron toxicity such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, hematemesis (vomiting blood) and diarrhea. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhoea and/or vomiting. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting.
