Melatonin is a hormone made by the brain to promote sleep. A low secretion of melatonin can cause sleep disorders such as insomnia, difficulty falling asleep or too light sleep. The supply of melatonin by supplementation is therefore a good solution to regain a restful sleep.
Adults: 1-3 films, once a day at or before bedtime.
(Jet lag): Take 1 to 3 films once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone.
